Gather with a purpose
Gather while completing beast quests and keep hides apart from leather. Guild leatherworkers can turn both into useful supplies.
Check that a corpse is fully looted and skinnable. Respect your group’s loot and gathering arrangements.
Use the in-game difficulty colour to choose beasts that still help your skill; change your circuit when gains slow down.
Check training before your rank cap. Forever now uses one skinning action per creature; older multi-skin advice is obsolete.
Exact Forever skinning thresholds and a complete 1–300 zone route are not covered by the supplied reference. This is guild field advice, not a tested farming circuit.
Old Warriors workshop tip: buy for one stage at a time. Ask guildmates about spare materials and useful crafts before committing to an expensive batch.
